Starting in the Spring of 2019 with the mission of serving our fresh menu at both small and large-scale events, Jesse Migchelbrink and Riley Campbell, both long-time oyster nerds, came together to provide a fun and unique flavor for any occasion.
Working primarily with locally owned Santa Monica Seafood, and also sourcing fresh product from unique farms and suppliers from New Brunswick to Baja — from the Maritimes to Samish Bay — We don’t only serve oysters, but it has become our calling card. People love our Maine Lobster Roll. Who wouldn’t? We write menus for each event, and try at every turn to create a unique and tailored experience for everything we book.
While much of our success has come from public community events like Beer, Wine, Art and Music festivals, we also cater private events where we create a great ambience for Backyard Parties, Weddings, Award Ceremonies, or anywhere people gather to celebrate together.
